Intelligent home, is a residential platform, the use of integrated wiring technology, network communications technology, security technology, automatic control technology, audio and video technology, home life-related equipment integrated to build a centralized management, intelligent control of residential facilities management system, so as to enhance the security of the home, convenience, comfort, art, and the realization of environmentally friendly and energy-saving living environment. In other words, smart home is not a single product, but through the technical means of all the products at home connected to an organic system, the owner can control the system at any time, anywhere.

Home automation refers to the use of microprocessor technology to integrate or control electrical and electronic products or systems in the home, such as lighting, coffee makers, computer equipment, security systems, heating and cooling systems, video and sound systems, etc. A home automation system is a centralized microprocessor that receives messages from related electrical and electronic products (changes in external environmental factors, such as changes in light caused by the rising or setting sun, etc.) and then sends the appropriate messages to other electrical and electronic products according to an established program. The central microprocessor must control the electrical products in the home through a number of interfaces, which can be keyboards, touch screens, buttons, computers, telephones, remote controls, etc.; the consumer can send signals to the central microprocessor or receive signals from the central microprocessor.
